The Story

Since 2018, I’ve been crafting user-centered solutions as a Product Designer. My journey began in health-tech, where I tackled the challenge of simplifying medical bookings and led efforts to make COVID-19 testing and diagnostic appointments more accessible, an achievement I’m deeply proud of!

Empathy-Driven Design

Empathy is at the heart of everything I design. I’m always thinking about the user: what they’re feeling, what they need, and what may be frustrating them. Understanding those emotions and pain points is key to creating solutions that truly resonate.

For me, it’s not just about making something work; it’s about making sure it feels right for the people using it. That’s what drives me in product design: to create experiences that are not just functional but meaningful and human at their core.

What am I up to?
I’m a Senior Product Designer at Humana, where I create intuitive, user-friendly healthcare experiences. Every day, I work to simplify complex processes and make a real impact on people’s health journeys. It’s all about designing with care and empathy to help users feel supported and connected!

Outside the studio
You'll find me hitting the gym, rewatching a comfort show for the billionth time (The Office) and spending time with family and friends!

Since 2018, I've honed my skills as a Senior Product Designer at LabFinder, a medical website streamlining the process of booking laboratory and radiology appointments. During the challenging times of the pandemic, I played a key role in streamlining COVID-19 test bookings, making them more accessible than ever, an effort I'm incredibly proud of!
